I am a curious person and love to learn, so I became a teacher. That does make sense doesn’t it?

I like to do things like traveling, reading, sharing ideas and experiences. I like dancing, - even square dancing - theater, museums, the great outdoors and the opportunity to explore ideas as well as things and places.

I do not watch a lot of TV, some sports though, especially the Rockies and Broncos.

I currently teach college level classes in introductory astronomy and believe that online education, at all levels, is becoming a means that will transform the process of learning.

I very much like things spiritual but not religious and very much advocate Human Rights as an absolute universal condition for all people.

I also love the stories, and movies brought our way through things such as the Harry Potter series. I think we all love the promises of magic.  I hope so anyway!

I like to promote the notion that we humans are learning and changing in many ways as we discover ourselves and what the universe is all about.

That is the sense of this blog.
